On December 3, 2025, Pan Feng, Vice Chairman of CEATEC and President of ECECDC, held a working meeting in Rome with representatives of the Lazio Regional Government. The meeting was attended by Antonucci Massimiliano, Secretary General of the Lazio Regional Government, and Vellone Pierluigi, Secretary General of the Office for Public Works, Reconstruction Policies, Roads and Infrastructure. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on advancing China–Italy interregional and municipal-level cooperation. Pan Feng introduced in detail the industrial layout, investment environment and external cooperation needs of Nanjing, Baotou, as well as Shunyi District of Beijing and the China-Germany Industrial Park. The two sides also exchanged views on promoting cooperation in areas including regional geographical indication-related cultural and tourism projects, infrastructure development, industrial park development, and economic, trade and technological cooperation.
